Returning Goods


To return goods, you only have to request a return authorization. You will receive a numbered return slip from us. You must visibly attach the return slip and the return number of this slip on the return package.

AL-KO Kober B.V. accepts no returned goods or cannot provide a full credit for an article/dispatch for the following reasons:
  • the goods do not have a visible return slip or return slip number.
  • the goods are damaged but not by AL-KO Kober B.V. or the transport company
  • the goods did not come back undamaged and in stickered original show box (if delivered as such)
  • the goods were not reported as returns within 7 days of the invoice date
  • the goods were not delivered to us in the full packaging unit.
  • the articles are written on, have stickers or tape, etc.
  • the articles were damaged by improper packaging, so that they can no longer be sold as new by AL-KO Kober B.V.
  • the packaging was returned with contents (waste) or with tape, stickers, labels, etc.
